In previous posts I mentioned that I joined an indie comic company. After finding an artist, Symon Hellogu, via Reddit, we talked about working together on a piece. Long story short, this led to me adopting “Memory Catcher” into a comic format. “Memory Catcher” is one of five stories in Ink Portal, an anthology magazine.
There is now a Kickstarter to raise the funds to send out PDFs and printed copies of Ink Portal to willing buyers. The Kickstarter allows you to donate a dollar amount, but it also allows you to pick from different art tiers e.g. some include a physical copy, some include concept art.
I can now proudly say that the Kickstarter has been successful.
While the limit has been reached, the campaign is still open until February 2. The more funds received, the more copies that can be sent out. Ink Portal will only be sold through the Kickstarter, and won’t be available afterwards.
